ABOUT US

The robotics program was started in 2007 by director Jeff Patrick and then in 2017 there was a change of director to George Nahay. When it first started it was just a club after school and on weekends. Eventually in 2016 it became a class instead of just a club. When Nahay took over the number of students have been gradually growing in numbers.

Our robotics class has now became two separate classes. Each class consists of a mixture of many different things. Each class has UGV groups, UAV groups, 3lb bot groups, and then the big robobot group. The robobot group competes every year at Meadville High School in the NWPA NTMA Robobots competition.
